Thank you for your support as we tried to make this project happen for ourselves as well as the

neighborhood and community. Timing is everything in life, and, unfortunately, the timing

was not right for us. We have no doubt that the owners of 327 Peters Street will bring an

equally exciting project to the space that will enhance the nieghborhood, and we fully support

their efforts to do so.
